What began as a simple drive down the road blossomed into a three-year adventure filled with hard work, dedication, and love. We discovered part of a church building for sale on the Claude highway and imagined a stunning wedding venue in Amarillo. It took almost 6 months to get this building moved to our property. It was one of the largest buildings they had ever moved. After it arrived, we spent every weekend, pouring our hearts into crafting a beautiful space for unforgettable weddings, and we can't wait to share it with you!

Welcome to our stunning hilltop venue, where love stories come to life! With most of Amarillo being flat we are thrilled to provide a breathtaking backdrop for your special day, allowing you and your guests to create unforgettable memories as you tie the Knot on our Hill.
We believe it's important to share with couples the story of how we came to host weddings. Because we didn't set out to open a sought-after wedding venue, we don't have a team of investors with expectations or a quota for the number of weddings we have to book each year. We host weddings and celebrations because we love sharing our small ranch with couples who love it too.
Since we opened to the public in 2022 the venue has grown into something we never imagined. We've listened to our couples and have done our best to make improvements each and every year. From the new ceremony area (in 2024 by the Pergola Shop) and the hundreds of pieces of decor we have in inventory to borrow for no additional fee, every decision has been made with one of the biggest days in your life in mind.

Enjoy thousands of dollars' worth of beautiful decor at no extra cost! Discover the convenience of our unique outdoor space, featuring benches in front of our beautiful pergola. Say goodbye to the hassle of moving hundreds of chairs in and out; our setup allows for a seamless transition from the outdoors to indoors. Enjoy the comfort and ease of hosting your event in a space designed for flexibility and relaxation. We have a designated bar area with plenty of shelves and troughs for beer or wine to be placed in. Another perk is the 4 bathrooms we have on site. Two bathrooms have carrera marble countertops. Dont want to hire a DJ, use our sound system free of charge. Hooks right up to your phone or tablet via bluetooth. We do the cleanup at the end of the night! Just throw away trash, but we literally do the rest. You will never have to set up or tear down your tables, all that will be done for you. Our Amarillo country wedding venue boasts one of the largest parking lots in the area, ensuring that your guests will have plenty of space to park comfortably. With easy access and ample room, you can focus on enjoying your special day without worrying about parking logistics. Welcome to Knotting Hill and Haven Ranch, a stunning venue located just ten miles west of I-27, overlooking City Lake Canyon.
